Channelling the Street Photographer...

After discovering Alan Schaller on instagram (find him, follow him!) I wanted to try and channel my inner street photographer and capture some street photography.

I went for a walk around Brighton, looking for interesting shots with lots of contrast and tonal range to get the best black and white pictures I could. I found it hard at first to find what works, but by the end of the hour/hour and a half I did start to be able to find things that worked. One thing I really want to work on is photographing people. Keeping this up and practicing more will hopefully give me a chance to go that.
